We are looking to work with a reliable office administrator who can take up administrative tasks and monitor the work and utilities. With the growing team, we are looking for maintaining records, supervise operations and plan administration with effective result.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring office activities and operations run smoothly
  • Work with the team to perform and complete the office tasks
  • Build and supervise administrative staff and assign tasks to enable better performance.
  • Manage the plans, arrangements and appointments for the management team.
  • Track and upkeep budget and maintain records.
  • Reports on the purchases and requirements fulfilled in a document for tracking purpose
  • Track and monitor the team metrics that will help in boosting the performance and growth.

Key Qualifications

  • Hands on experience on being an office administrator, office assistant or a relevant role.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the same.
  • Commendable communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player and can work with little supervision.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
