SupportWire Chennai Full-time

The role

SupportWire needs its first true marketing and growth owner.

Not a campaign manager. Not a brand caretaker. A builder.

You'll own how SupportWire shows up in the world — the positioning, the website, the launches, the growth loops, the sales enablement, the community, and the experiments that turn attention into pipeline.

GTME means Go-To-Market Engineer here. You should be as comfortable writing a positioning doc as you are wiring a lifecycle campaign, instrumenting a funnel, building a landing page with AI, and finding the sharpest wedge into a market.

This is a founder-level role without founder theatre. You'll work directly with the CEO and product team. You'll be expected to think, ship, learn, and compound.

What you'll do

  • Own SupportWire's marketing strategy, growth roadmap, and weekly execution rhythm.
  • Define positioning, messaging, and category narrative for AI-native customer support.
  • Build and improve landing pages, product pages, comparison pages, launch pages, and campaign pages.
  • Run growth experiments across content, SEO, community, outbound, partnerships, paid, email, and product-led loops.
  • Write crisp copy for the website, launches, ads, emails, product announcements, and sales collateral.
  • Turn product releases into market moments.
  • Build the analytics layer for marketing — attribution, funnel reporting, conversion tracking, and experiment learnings.
  • Create systems for demand generation, lead capture, nurture, qualification, and handoff.
  • Work with product to identify activation moments, expansion paths, and retention signals.
  • Bring customer insight back into positioning, product, and roadmap decisions.

Who you are

  • You have built growth for a B2B SaaS product before. Ideally from early stage to repeatable motion.
  • You write very well. Clear thinking. Sharp headlines. No fluff.
  • You are technical enough to build, instrument, and automate parts of your own growth stack.
  • You understand support, SaaS, AI, and product-led growth — or you can learn fast enough that it looks like you already did.
  • You can zoom out into strategy and zoom in into a subject line.
  • You are not allergic to numbers. CAC, conversion, activation, pipeline, retention — you know what has to move.
  • You know when brand matters and when distribution matters more.
  • You use AI tools every day to move faster, test more, and raise the quality bar.
  • You don't wait for perfect data. You form a thesis, ship the experiment, and learn.

What you'll own

  • SupportWire's public narrative.
  • The marketing site and conversion funnel.
  • Launch planning and execution.
  • Demand generation and growth experiments.
  • Content strategy and distribution.
  • Email and lifecycle marketing.
  • Marketing analytics and reporting.
  • Sales and founder-led GTM enablement.

What success looks like

In the first 30 days, you'll understand the product, customers, market, competitors, and current funnel. You'll ship visible improvements to the SupportWire story and website.

In 60 days, you'll have a clear GTM operating system: growth priorities, experiment cadence, reporting, and launch calendar.

In 90 days, SupportWire should have sharper positioning, stronger conversion paths, cleaner instrumentation, and the first repeatable demand channels beginning to emerge.

Why this role matters

SupportWire is not another chatbot.

It is AI-native live chat for teams that care about speed, context, and customer experience. The product is being built with taste. The market deserves to know why it exists.

That's your job.

Make the story impossible to ignore. Make the funnel measurable. Make growth feel inevitable.
