The role

Software is being rewritten. Not by engineers — by people who know exactly what to say.

You'll sit at the intersection of product thinking and AI fluency. Your job is to prompt, iterate, and ship — turning ideas into working software and compelling marketing materials using AI tools. No IDE required. Just taste, precision, and an obsession with output quality.

This isn't a support role. You'll own what you ship.

What you'll do

• Craft prompts that produce production-ready marketing pages, landing pages, and campaign assets for our products.
• Vibe code internal tools, prototypes, and product experiments — from zero to deployed.
• Write copy that reads like Apple wrote it. Crisp. Benefit-first. No filler.
• Build email sequences, product announcements, and launch materials that convert.
• Develop and maintain a prompt library — repeatable systems for consistent, high-quality output.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to push AI-generated work to a shippable standard.
• Stay dangerously current on AI tooling. New models, new workflows, new capabilities — you find them first.

Who you are

• You think in prompts. When you see a problem, your instinct is to describe the solution to an AI — and get something real back.
• You have taste. You know when output is 80% there and exactly how to push it to 100%.
• You write exceptionally well. Prompts are writing. Marketing is writing. This role is writing.
• You understand product. You don't need a spec to know what a user needs.
• You've shipped things with AI tools — sites, apps, campaigns, automations. You have a portfolio of vibes.
• You're not waiting for permission. You prototype first, ask questions later.
• Bonus: you understand HTML, CSS, and JavaScript enough to refine what AI generates.

• Product launch campaigns — from teaser to post-launch nurture.
• Internal tools that make the team faster.
• Prompt systems that compound in value over time.
