Skcript Applied Labs (SAL). AI working in your business in 10 days, measured in money, not demos.
Skcript Applied Labs is a small team of senior builders, and the person who scopes your work is the person who ships it. Give us one task that eats your team's week. In 10 working days, you see AI doing it on your own data, with before and after numbers and a fixed price to go live.
Built for mid-sized companies, family-owned groups and SMEs in the UAE. We work inside your systems and your security rules. Data stays in the UAE or Saudi Arabia where required.
The problem
Most companies have the licences, a few experiments and a pilot that looked great in a meeting. Then it stalls.
The gap is rarely the model. It is the engineering between a demo and a system your team relies on. That is the work we do.
Production
Illustrative. Real results depend on your workflow and data.
What we do
Our lane is mid-sized companies, family-owned groups and SMEs in the UAE, not large multi-year programmes. We take the task that matters to you and make it work.
Finish what stalled.
You built something, or a vendor did, and it stopped short of launch. We test it on your real cases, find what broke, and either finish it or tell you plainly to stop.
Less keying, fewer errors.
Invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, supplier emails, contracts, claims and onboarding files. We automate the manual steps inside the ERP and finance tools you already run. Good first tasks for finance teams: reconciliations, month-end close, and getting invoice data ready for e-invoicing. Your e-invoicing provider handles compliance. We take on the manual work around it.
Know what it is doing.
You already have AI assistants or tools at work. We test them on your real cases, show you where they go wrong, and give you a simple way to watch them and switch them off fast.
Agents your engineers trust.
Your engineers have Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or Copilot. We set them up on your own code with sensible limits and review habits, and measure delivery before and after.
Independent
Not owned by an AI company or an investor group. So we pick the AI that works for you, not the one that pays us. We test Claude, OpenAI and open models on your own cases, use whichever does the job best for the price, and build it so you can switch later.
Before you commit to any model, we run several of them through the same tests on your own work and show you the scores.
We run the same real cases through more than one model and show you the results side by side.
We build it so you can change models later without starting again.
You own the code, the test cases and the numbers. We don't hand you a report and leave.
Where most teams start
One AI workflow, working on your real data, in 10 working days.
Prices shown in AED. Same work everywhere.
AED 27,500
Fixed and public. The price on this page is the price you pay, agreed before we start. The fee counts toward the full rollout.
Today's time, cost and error rate, and the money the task is worth fixing, so the result means something.
100 to 200 of your real cases, used to check every change. It stays with you.
Claude, OpenAI and open models compared on your cases, with accuracy and cost per task.
Running on your data, inside your tools. It carries on to production. Not a throwaway demo.
How it works, how to check it and what to do when something looks wrong. Your team can run it without us.
A 4 to 6 week plan with a number you can approve.
Start with a 10-day pilot.
Start with a 5 day pilot check-up, from AED 15,000. The fee counts toward a 10-day pilot.
The full fee counts toward the full rollout if you start within 30 days.
Ways to work with us
Four steps, in order. Already tried AI and it stalled? Start with the check-up instead.
Step 1 · Plan it
Half a day
Pick this if you are not sure where AI would help most.
Fee counts toward a pilot or check-up.
Step 2 · Try it

10 working days
Pick this if one task eats hours of your team's week.
AED 27,500

Or instead · Fix it
5 working days
Pick this if you tried AI already and it never went live.
From AED 15,000

Step 3 · Build it
4 to 6 weeks
Pick this if the pilot worked and you want it live.
The result we must hit is agreed in writing first.
Step 4 · Run it
Monthly
Pick this if you want it to keep working as things change.
Three month minimum.
Prices exclude local taxes. Fixed local prices, not live exchange rates. Change country in the pilot section above.

Three weeks for software teams. Your code set up with sensible limits and review habits, with delivery measured before and after.
Process
The goal is simple: one task working, measured and live. A fixed, published price before each step.
20 minutes
Karthik, our founder, is on the first call with the senior engineer who would build it. Tell us about the workflow. We will say honestly whether it is worth doing.
5 to 10 working days
We measure today's numbers, build a test set from your real work and show AI doing the task on your data. You get a fixed price for the full rollout.
4 to 6 weeks
We connect it to your tools, add a person check on anything important, train your team and stay close for two weeks after launch. The result we must hit is agreed in writing first.
Monthly
We keep it accurate as models and your data change. When a better model ships, we test it on your cases and switch only if it wins. Then we take on the next workflow.
Proof
Building software since 2013.
A global bank
Payroll for 10,000+ people automated across 25+ systems, live in 3 months.
We build and run AI features in production in our own products, FeatureOS and SupportWire.
Teams we have worked with
“Skcript's success comes from the way they identify and unleash raw talent from the industry. Over the years, Skcript has now become our extended R&D team, constantly helping us re-invent the future.”
“Before the engagement kicked-off, they did their homework to understand the users to who we are building the product. So from day 0, we both were on the same thought-process.”
From the lab
Cost per task, not cost per token
AI prices are quoted per token, but your business pays per finished task. Here is how I think about the real cost of AI work, and how we measure it in a pilot.
Do we need to fix our data first?
It is the most common reason I hear for waiting on AI. For most real work, a set of real examples is enough to start. Here is why, and what we actually need.
Introducing Skcript Applied Labs
A personal note from Karthik Kamalakannan, Founder and CEO of Skcript, on why we are launching Skcript Applied Labs: one task, your own numbers, every model tested on your cases, and a working first piece in 10 days at a fixed price.
Straight answers on price, process and your data. Anything else, just ask.
